الاستبدال والاسترجاع

️ سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال – سليب كينج

في "سليب كينج"، نحرص على تقديم تجربة تسوق راقية وآمنة لعملائنا، لذلك وضعنا سياسات واضحة لضمان حقوق الطرفين وتوضيح الإجراءات بكل شفافية.

أولاً: سياسة الاستلام

داخل مدينة الرياض:

• يجب التحقق من سلامة المنتج فور الاستلام.
• توقيع سند الاستلام يعد تأكيدًا باستلام المنتج بحالة سليمة.
• في حال وجود أي ملاحظات (كسر، تلف، منتج خاطئ أو نقص)، يُرجى تدوينها مباشرة في سند الاستلام أو التواصل مع خدمة العملاء فورًا.

خارج الرياض (عبر شركات الشحن):

• يجب فحص المنتج فور استلامه.
• يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة فقط من لحظة الاستلام في حال وجود ضرر أو خطأ.
• تأخير الإبلاغ قد يؤدي إلى فقدان الحق في الاستبدال أو التعويض المرتبط بأضرار الشحن.
• تنويه : في حال تزويدنا بمعلومات غير دقيقة مثل المقاسات أو عنوان التوصيل، فإن شركة سليب كينج لا تتحمل مسؤولية أي أخطاء تطرأ بعد بدء التصنيع أو الشحن.

ثانيًا: سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

مراتب الفندقية و طبيه (بالمقاسات الستاندر فقط):

• يحق للعميل تجربة المرتبة لمرة واحدة فقط خلال  30 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.
• لا يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال أول 15 يومًا من التجربة.
• يشترط أن تكون المرتبة في حالة نظيفة وسليمة وداخل التغليف الأصلي قدر الإمكان.

مراتب الاقتصادية (بالمقاسات الستاندر):

• تجربة واحدة فقط خلال 10 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
• أول 5 أيام للاسترجاع.
• الأيام 5 التالية للاستبدال.

منتجات لا تُقبل للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:

1. المراتب ذات المقاسات الخاصة (مصنّعة حسب الطلب).
2. الأسرة أو قواعد السرير المصنّعة حسب المواصفات الخاصة.
3. الوسائد، اللباد ، العوازل، والمفارش  حفاظًا على النظافة والسلامة.

سياسة إلغاء الطلب أو الفاتورة

• يحق للعميل إلغاء الطلب قبل التصنيع أو الشحن.
• لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات الخاصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب بعد بدء التصنيع.

رسوم التوصيل عند الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

• داخل الرياض  149 ريال لكل منتج.
• خارج الرياض   249  ريال لكل منتج.
• مجانًا في حال ثبت وجود عيب مصنعي أو تلف واضح عند التسليم.

سياسة استرداد المبلغ

• يُعاد المبلغ خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام وفحص المنتج.
• يتم التحويل إلى نفس الحساب البنكي المستخدم في الشراء.

بند التخزين

• في حال عدم استلام العميل للمنتج خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، يتم احتساب رسوم تخزين بنسبة 3% شهريًا من قيمة الفاتورة.
• في حال وجود أي اختلاف في تفسير أو تطبيق هذه السياسات، تُعتمد لوائح وزارة التجارة السعودية كمرجع نهائي.

• تحتفظ شركة سليب كينج بحق تعديل أو تحديث سياسة الضمان والاسترجاع في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويتم تطبيق النسخة الأحدث وقت تنفيذ الطلب.
• في حال حدوث أي لبس أو اختلاف بخصوص سياسة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يتم الرجوع إلى أنظمة وزارة التجارة.

️ Return & Exchange Policy – Sleep King

At Sleep King, we are committed to providing a luxurious and secure shopping experience for our customers. To ensure transparency and protect the rights of both parties, we have established clear return and exchange policies.

First: Receiving Policy

Within Riyadh:

• The product must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
• Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the product was received in good condition.
• In case of any issues (damage, defect, wrong item, or missing parts), they must be documented on the receipt or reported to customer service immediately.

Outside Riyadh (via shipping companies):

• Products must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
• Any issues (damage or incorrect item) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Delayed reporting may result in losing the right to replacement or compensation related to shipping damage.

Second: Return & Exchange Policy

Hotel & Medical Mattresses (Standard Sizes Only):

• Customers have the right to try the mattress once within 30 days from the purchase date.
• Return or exchange is not allowed during the first 15 days of the trial period.
• The mattress must be in clean and good condition and preferably in its original packaging.

Economy Mattresses (Standard Sizes):

• One-time trial allowed within 10 days of purchase:
• First 5 days: Return allowed
• Next 5 days: Exchange allowed

Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Products:

1. Custom-size mattresses (made to order)
2. Beds or bed bases manufactured to special specifications
3. Pillows, toppers, protectors, and bedding – for hygiene and safety reasons

Order or Invoice Cancellation Policy

• The customer may cancel the order before production or shipping.
• Orders that are custom-made or produced cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.

Return or Exchange Delivery Fees

• Within Riyadh: 149 per product
• Outside Riyadh: 249 per product
• Free of charge if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or clear damage upon delivery

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received and inspected.
• The refund will be transferred to the same bank account used for the original payment.

Storage Clause

• If the customer does not receive the product within 30 days of purchase, a 3% monthly storage fee will be charged based on the invoice amount.
• In the event of any discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these policies, the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce will be considered the final reference.
